Cancellations & Refunds
For Paid Rentals (deposits are not refunded)
We will agree to rental time period changes when possible.
Full Refund if we can re-rent your time period at price agreed.
Partial Refund to the extent of rental received during time period.
Booking expenses will be deducted from any refund (usually $50).
We are not responsible for Acts of God or events beyond our control.
Refunds for events we caused, will not be more than rental received.
We are not responsible for any damages in excess of rental received.
Damages & Violations
If you damage any rentals or do not abide by the rental agreement(s),
we retain the right to cancel rental agreement and keep all payments.
You may / will be asked to vacate the rental property immediately.
If you refuse to do so
You will be charged with trespassing according to State of
Mississippi law and removed by law enforcement officers.
Damages in excess of the surety/security deposits
will be pursued in the appropriate law court.
